I am honored to share my passion with you.

I have poured my heart into creating Elaa and into guiding its evolution every day. It is my great honor and joy to share these creations with you.

Education and Professional Experience

I have a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude.

I have been a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner for 20 years, with expertise in chronic-illness healing and recovery, mind-body medicine, detoxification, and numerous healing modalities.

I am also a Master Skin Care Formulator and alchemist, an herbalist, aromatherapist, and skin expert.

My education, professional experience, personal healing journey, and lifelong relationship with the natural world all inform the way I formuate Elaa products.

The Beginning

In 2009, I founded Living Earth Beauty (LivingEarthBeauty.com) as a unique marketplace devoted to pure, healthy skin care.

In 2012, I passed the Living Earth Beauty torch to dear friends so that I could pursue the creation of my own skin-care line.

Elaa was born in 2012.

My Healing Journey

I lived through a rare, long-term journey with an extremely severe and debilitating chronic illness, and I ultimately fully healed myself. But, the illness initiation began a healing process for me on every level of my existence.

I would never have asked for what I experienced or for the tremendous pain and loss it created, yet the growth, transformation, wisdom, and movement closer to my essence that arose through it became some of the greatest blessings of my life.

I always chose to see it as an opportunity - an opportunity to grow, evolve, learn, and completely transform as a person.

The breadth of what I learned through saving my own life gave me unusual expertise through the lived experience of serious, complex chronic illness and recovery.

For me, illness was a profound spiritual journey - an alchemy of the soul, a sacred passage and initiation, and a portal into a deeper understanding of life and myself.

My years in the depths of illness completely transformed me in every way. It gave me a deeper understanding of myself and life, who and what we truly are, the many dimensions of healing, and the ways I can use my knowledge and experience to serve others. I live in profound gratitude on a daily basis now.

A Life Devoted to Wellbeing

I am dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

I am a deep lover of nature and of the extraordinary gifts found in herbs, plants, flowers, fruits, resins, minerals, and botanical oils.

These natural treasures continually inspire the ways I formulate and the rituals I create for caring for the skin and body.

I personally formulate, create, and use all of the products offered through Elaa.

I am also an advocate for sacred self-care.

Self-care allows us to slow down, listen inwardly, and bring greater awareness and kindness to our physical, mental, and emotional lives. It can connect us more deeply with ourselves, our bodies, nature, and life.

Through Elaa, I hope to inspire others to experience self-care as something beautiful, meaningful, and deeply loving.

I have drawn upon my gifts, professional knowledge, and lived experience to formulate high-vibration, natural skin-care products that bring botanical nourishment, comfort, beauty, and sensory delight to the skin and the self-care ritual.

Self-Care as Embodiment

Taking time in this moment to listen to and be present with the body, heart, and soul can transform an ordinary self-care routine into something deeply meaningful.

By bringing greater kindness, awareness, and love to ourselves, a doorway opens to gratitude—for life, for ourselves, and for everything around us.

Elaa’s evolutionary skin care brings special botanical nourishment and rejuvenating care to the skin while inviting a beautiful, simple, and direct experience of embodiment.

The senses are a portal into the present moment, where we can connect with everything alive in the world around us.

Color, aroma, texture, touch, and ritual bring us into relationship with the natural world while also inviting us inward—into the galaxy of internal aliveness and the sanctuary of the self.
